Specific BMW models in batch recall include: 5-Series, 5 Series Gran Turismo, 7-Series, X5, and X6, versions from 2008 to 2011, but only with the V8 car use, or turbocharged V12 engine.
Cause vehicles recalled due to a circuit board used for auxiliary water pump can fail, causing overheating in the water pump, which could lead to fire hazards.
BMW will carry extra water pump replacement and related circuit board on all 32,084 vehicles in the recall.
